All levels of care include room and board, meals, laundry, transportation arrangements to medical appointments and religious services, entertainment, and medication management.

Levels of Care Descriptions

​​​

1. Minimal: Reminders, Minimal assistance with one ADL.

2. Intermediate: Regular assistance with more than one ADL, incontinence management, medical checks, some assistance transferring, standby when bathing, etc.

3. Maximum: Assistance with nearly all or all ADL’s, limited mobility, assistance with all transfers, constant monitoring, persistent elopement, etc.
