Levels of Care

All levels of care include room and board, meals, laundry, transportation arrangements to medical appointments and religious services, entertainment, and medication management. Note that these prices are guidelines and actual prices may vary depending upon the needs of the resident.

Levels of Care Descriptions

​

1. Minimal: Reminders, Minimal assistance with one ADL.

2. Intermediate: Regular assistance with more than one ADL, urinary incontinence management, medical checks, occasional transferring, standby when bathing, etc.

3. Maximum: Assistance with nearly all or all ADL’s, fecal incontinence management, limited mobility, assistance with all transfers, full bathing assistance, constant monitoring, persistent elopement, etc.
